THE 2018 VENUE
World Bio Markets will take place on the 20th-22nd March 2018. If you have registered for two days you may attend on the 20th and 21st March. If the workshop day is also included in your registration, you may also attend on the 22nd March.
The event will take place at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA), Piet Heinkade 27, 1019 BR Amsterdam
The PTA is very easy to reach by car, tram, train or boat. Please be aware that Bio-Based World News will not be providing transfers from any of the airports or railway stations.
There is no free parking available at the PTA. The closest car park is Piet Heingarage which is directly underneath the PTA, costs €0.50/7 minutes and is open 24/7. A cheaper alternative is the Park&Ride P&R Zeeburg which is 5-10 minutes away from the terminal by No. 26 tram. For further details visit: http://www.parkeren-amsterdam.com/pr-zeeburg
Visit the registration desk upon arrival at the event to collect your badge. If you forget your registration ticket, you can simply let us know your name at the registration desk and we will be able to find your registration and print your badge. Please wear your badge clearly at all times to ensure unrestricted access during the event.

Due to the high number of events taking place in Amsterdam at the same time as World Bio Markets, it is recommended that you book your accommodation as soon as possible, as affordable accommodation sells out well in advance.

Everyone who registers will have access to our new tool Meeting MoJo. Meeting Mojo allows you to easily build a company and personal profile and search through the hundreds of other industry leaders attending the event. You can also send a limited number of meeting requests and pre-book onsite meeting rooms for 1-2-1 meetings.
Catering is provided for all attendees during the day, and a drinks reception with appetisers at the end of the first day will also be open to all. If you have particular dietary requirements please let us know well in advance so that we can endeavour to cater for them.
WiFi will be available throughout the meeting area suitable for checking emails and browsing.
An unmanned cloakroom will be open during the event open days. There is no fee to use the cloakroom and items are left at your own risk.
