Lambton College Event Centre, 1485 London Road, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada N7W 1B8

Join us for the inaugural “Canadian BioDesign Conference” hosted by Bioindustrial Innovation Canada (BIC) and Lambton College on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

We are on a mission to support highly-innovative Canadian firms, developing new biomass-to-bioproducts technologies, as they seek to commercialise new bio-based products. A novel global industry based on biomass is arising today, and with this industry growing rapidly, Canada has an unprecedented opportunity to participate and drive the development of this new industry as a prime mover. With this in mind, we invite you to participate in the inaugural Canadian BioDesign Conference.

BioDesign is a cohort of industry, research and association stakeholders focused on accelerating Canada’s bioeconomy by leveraging growing international and domestic market pull for supply chains that accelerate the transition to a sustainable low-carbon society.

BioDesign’s strategy is designed to be a comprehensive catalyst mobilizing multiple industry partners, attracting international partners and investment, building on regional strengths, creating jobs, and sustaining a strong innovation culture. As the inaugural BioDesign conference, Sarnia-Lambton will be emphasising the activities in Ontario with the intention to have this conference hosted across Canada in future years.
